Mr. Wolfgang KERNBICHLER, Area Manager, REHAU GmbH Austria:
"We see the benefits in the cooperation with the training centre Timisoara with regard to the rapid and efficient introduction of new technology into the Romanian market. We are ready for take-off. Soon we will offer specialized training to the first team of trainers, in our factory in Gunstramsdorf."
|
Mr. Franz SATZINGER, Manager Central Europe, KNAUF GmbH AUSTRIA:
"We attach great importance to the reliability of our training partner. The Foundation in Timisoara gives us the possibility to implement the theoratical part of the trining in compliance with our mutually designed concept. Therefore, we first offered training to the teaching personnel at our headquarters plant, in order to familiarize them with the trining concept. As a result of our four-year-long collaboration, we are certain that the teaching process is indeed leading to meaningful qualifications and real specializations. This is why we will soon start with the second phase of our training that will focus on special KNAUF systems. We are positive that at least in the Timisoara area the past years have registered a visible improvement in the quality of installations and applications. The Leonardo programme also documented this fact and prvided thus the opportunity to secure public funds."
|
Mr. Michael HERKERT, Area Manager for Eastern Europe, OWA Fibre board factory GmbH GERMANIA:
"The succes in the sale of our ceilings lies in the correct processing. Only a ceiling mounted in accordance with our technical requirements looks good, and that is both judging by standard DIN norms(German Industrial Norms) as well as by strictly aesthetic standards. I am not familiar with any other country in Eastern Europe, except for Bulgaria, that offers such cooperation possibilities with a training centre. Similar collaboration between specialization centre, business, and employment promotion should be encouraged in other Eastern European countries."
